Melissa is Village President and former Village Trustee and President Pro Tem. Born and raised in Willow Springs, she now lives in town with her 3 school aged sons. Her parents and brothers with their families also live in town. Melissa is an attorney with her own law practice.
Melissa is committed to serving her constituents. She is hardworking, willing to listen, and able to problem solve.

Mike has been a Village Trustee since 2017. He is also Chairman of the Buildings and Grounds Committee. Mike seeks reelection in 2021. Mike and his wife have lived in Willow Springs since 2008 and are both dedicated to serving the community.
Mike graduated from Lyons Township and studied business at Columbia College before joining the Navy. He served in the Navy from 1986 to 1995. While serving, Mike held supervisory roles and earned numerous commendations and titles, the most prestigious being Master Training Specialist.

Tom and his wife, Linda, have been residents of Willow Springs since being married in 1983. They have raised their two sons, who were active in the school and community, in the Village.
Tom graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is now a semi-retired Project Manager. He has successfully managed many large electrical generation projects with focus on safety, budget and schedule.
Tom has been active in the Willow Springs area as a Boy Scout Leader, Pleasantdale Park Commissioner and, recently, Willowfest Car Show Coordinator.

Rick and his wife have been residents of Willow Springs since 2000. They have embraced living in such a beautiful community, taking advantage of the surrounding woods and trails.Rick was a volunteer fireman under the command of Chief Kristie. In 2010 he joined the Willow Springs Lions Club and served as the president. Currently he is the treasurer. Rick is a union carpenter for 33 years and donated his craft to habitat for humanity. Currently he works for a nonprofit organization as a facility technician. Rick enjoys serving his constituents as a Trustee.
Terry has been a resident of Willow Springs for 29 years. He and his late wife raised 3 sons in the Village. His oldest son and his family also live in Willow Springs.
Terry currently serves as Trustee, Chairman of the Building and Zoning Commission, and in the past served as Village President for 2 terms.
Terry also serves as a member of the Market Street Condo Association, he is on the Pace Bus Board of Directors, and is treasurer for the UCP Sequin of Greater Chicago Board of Directors.
Terry, along with his sons, own and operate a restaurant chain in Chicago and the suburbs. He started in the family business working summers and holidays at his father’s restaurants while home from studying Hospitality Management at the University of Denver.
Terry is well aware of what it takes to help govern and manage a municipality like Willow Springs and he contributes tremendously to all the positive improvements.
Fred and his wife Jan of 44 years moved to Willow Springs in 2012. They have 2 daughters, 1 living in Willow Springs. Fred serves on the Board as Trustee. He is also the Chairman of Finance Committee and works to support the Police Department and Public Works Department.
Fred was an outside repair technician for AT&T for 38 years. He served on various safety committee boards while with AT&T. After retirement, Fred taught Splicing and Repair Procedures and Red Cross Life Saving Procedures.
Fred is committed to community service as evidenced by his serving on the School Board and Church Board for St John’s Lutheran School and Church in La Grange. He was on the Board of Education, Board of Church Properties, and he was a Youth Group Counselor.
Fred brings knowledge and heart to the Village Board and to the Integrity Party. His hard work has resulted in many positive changes for our community.
Ernie and his late wife Gloria moved to Willow Springs in 1990. He has a 45-year career in the corrugated box industry. He has a degree in Business Management and holds a master’s degree from the American Management Association.
Ernie has served on the West Suburban Water Commission, the Willow Springs Park Commission, and the Willow Springs Police and Fire Commission.
Currently, Ernie is a Trustee on the Village Board. He is also Chairman of the License and Franchise Committee. The community benefits from Ernie’s background and commitment.
