Melissa Neddermeyer is a lifelong resident of Willow Springs. She is a mom to three school age sons. Melissa is an attorney and owner of her own law practice.
Melissa was elected as the first female Village President in Willow Springs in 2021. Prior to that, Melissa served as Willow Springs Village Trustee. Melissa is Chairman of the Integrity Party. The Integrity Party has a proven record of achievement for the betterment of Willow Springs residents and businesses.

Terry has been a longtime resident of Willow Springs. He and his late wife raised 3 sons in the Village. His oldest son and his family also live in Willow Springs.
Terry currently serves as Willow Springs Trustee since 2019. He is Chairman of the Building and Zoning Committee. Terry was Willow Springs Village President from 1999 to 2005. During that time, Willow Springs saw construction of the Village Center, the Municipal Complex, and several residential developments.
Terry is on the Market Street Condo Association Board, he is on the Pace Bus Board of Directors, and is on the Board of Directors for UCP Sequin.
Terry, along with his sons, own and operate a restaurant chain in Chicago and the suburbs.
Terry is well aware of what it takes to help govern and manage a municipality like Willow Springs and he contributes tremendously to all the positive improvements.
Fred lives in Willow Springs with his wife of 46 years, and they have 2 daughters.
Fred worked for AT&T for over 38 years and during that time was a proud union member of the IBEW. At AT&T, Fred served on various safety committees and led training.
Fred served on the School Board and Church Board at St. John’s Lutheran School and Church in La Grange. He was on the Board of Education, Board of Church Properties, and he was a Youth Group Counselor. He was the Chairman of the Finance and Administration Committee and he is currently the Chairman of the Public Works Committee as well as Trustee Liaison to the Beautification Commission.
Fred brings knowledge and heart to the Village Board and to the Integrity Party. Willow Springs Village Trustee since 2019, Fred's hard work has resulted in many positive changes for our community.
Ernie and his late wife Gloria moved to Willow Springs in 1990. He has a 47-year career in the corrugated box industry. He has a degree in Business Management and holds a Master’s Degree from the American Management Association.
Ernie was on the Justice Willow Springs Water Commission, the Pleasantdale Park District Board, and the Willow Springs Police Commission. Ernie began the first Willow Springs Benefit Car Show that is 14 years and counting. He has been a Willow Springs Lions Club member for 15 years.
In 2019, Ernie was elected as Willow Springs Village Trustee. He is Chairman of the License and Franchise Committee. Ernie is committed to the support and growth of our local business community and his years of service shows his dedication to our Village.
Mike has been a Village Trustee since 2017. He is Chairman of the Public Safety Committee. Mike and his wife have lived in Willow Springs since 2008 and are both dedicated to serving the community.
Mike graduated from Lyons Township and studied business at Columbia College before joining the Navy. He served in the Navy from 1986 to 1995. While serving, Mike held supervisory roles and earned numerous commendations and titles, the most prestigious being Master Training Specialist.

Tom and his wife, Linda, have been residents of Willow Springs since being married in 1983. They raised their two sons in the Village.
Tom graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is now a semi-retired Project Manager. He has successfully managed many large electrical generation projects with focus on safety, budget, and schedule.
Tom has been active in the Willow Springs area as a Boy Scout Leader, Pleasantdale Park Commissioner, and Willow Fest Car Show Coordinator. Tom is Chairman of the Village Finance and Administration Committee.

Rick and his wife have been residents of Willow Springs since 2000. They embrace living in such a beautiful community, taking advantage of the surrounding woods and trails. Rick was a volunteer fireman under the command of Willow Springs Fire Department Chief Kristie. In 2010 he joined the Willow Springs Lions Club. Rick is a Union Carpenter for 33 years and donated his craft to Habitat for Humanity.
Rick works for a nonprofit organization as a facility technician. Rick enjoys serving his constituents as a Village Trustee. Rick is Chairman for the Village Buildings and Grounds Committee and Trustee Liason to the Parks and Recreation Commission.
